Funder: Kaiser Permanente Colorado in Collaboration with The Colorado Health Foundation

Timeframe: 2005 – 2019

Purpose: Assess the impact of programs, policies and practices and environmental changes that improve conditions for healthy eating and active living in communities. The evaluation is assessing progress and impact of policy and built environment changes in Colorado communities, as well as resident empowerment and advocacy efforts to improve upstream factors related to healthy eating and physical activity.
